He has appeared before numerous courts of appeal. He has experience arbitrating and mediating employment disputes. He has collected millions of dollars in settlements and verdicts for his clients.

With very few exceptions, Stephen limits his practice to Benton and Washington Counties.
Rebecca F. Wood graduated from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa, in 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in Management. She has over 30 years’ experience working in law offices, banks, and trust companies. She was formerly a trust officer with Arvest Trust Company and managed client portfolios totaling over $100 million in assets. She has extensive knowledge of estate planning, trusts, and the probate process.
